Refund policy

At Fabamber, we take pride in offering high-quality handcrafted products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a hassle-free exchange and return process under the following guidelines.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

  • Exchanges and returns are accepted if the request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • A free reverse pickup is available from your shipping address (for serviceable locations).

EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCESS

  1. Email us at orders@fabamber.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8949233840 to initiate a request.
  2. We will arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours (for eligible locations).
  3. Repack the item in its original packaging, including the cloth bag, to ensure safe transit.
  4. Items must be in their original condition, with tags, labels, and the invoice intact.
  5. Items should be unused, unwashed, and unsoiled, without stains or damage.
  6. Once the returned item is verified at our facility, we will process your exchange or return.
  7. The entire process typically takes 10-15 days to complete.
  8. Even within the 7 day window, we allow exchanges only once. We request that you choose your size or color carefully during the initial exchange, as we do not offer a a return / exchange policy for exchange orders. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

REFUND POLICY

  • There is no reverse shipping fee for return requests.
  • Store credit will be issued for the full amount against all returns.
  • Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • Shipping charges and gift services (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • A ₹199 restocking fee applies to all returns & exchanges.
  • In the event of an exchange, you have the flexibility to select an alternative product of equal or lower value. If the replacement item has a lower value, the difference can be refunded to you as store credit.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

  • In the rare event that a product you've ordered arrives in poor condition, is damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, you can initiate an exchange request directly on our website.
  • Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • Please provide photographs of the product and packaging for verification.
  • Our customer support team will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund or store credit, as long as they have not been shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Both the product and shipping package are damaged.
  • You received a wrong item that does not match the product description
