Our Returns Policy
At FabAmber, we stand by the quality of our handcrafted textiles. If your piece isn’t exactly what you hoped for, we offer a 7-day return and exchange window. Please note that all refunds are issued as Store Credit (valid for 1 year) and a ₹199 restocking fee applies per return request to cover the logistics of the reverse pickup.
Initiate Your Request
Email us at orders@fabamber.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8949233840 within 7 days of delivery. Please mention your Order ID and whether you would like an exchange or store credit.
Approval & Pickup
Once our team approves your request, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address. You don't need to worry about booking a courier; our partner will come to you!
Bag it up
Place the item in its original packaging. Ensure all tags, labels, and the signature cloth bag are included. The item must be unwashed and unused. Please include a copy of the invoice inside the package.
Quality Check & Credit
Once the package reaches our Jaipur studio, it undergoes a quality check. Upon approval, we will issue your Store Credit (minus the ₹199 restocking fee) via email within 72-96 hours.
Returns FAQs
Can I get a cash refund to my bank account?
To support our small-batch artisanal production, we currently offer refunds via Store Credit only. This credit is valid for 12 months and can be used across our entire collection.
How many times can I exchange an item?
We allow one exchange per order. We recommend checking our size guides or chatting with us on WhatsApp before your exchange is shipped to ensure the perfect fit!
What if I received a damaged product?
While we check every piece manually, if you receive a defect, please notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it immediately at no extra cost to you.
