Ordering
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp message with your order details. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via email and WhatsApp so you can follow its journey from Jaipur to your doorstep.
The delivery partner will also send you Whatsapp updates regarding your order when out for delivery, delivered etc.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), and Net Banking. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway to ensure your data is safe.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update your address. Please WhatsApp us immediately at +91 8949233840 with your Order ID and the new details.
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
I’m buying a gift; can you remove the invoice?
Our policy requires the invoice to be included for transit and potential returns. However, we do offer Gift Services (gift wrapping/notes). Please select this option at checkout or contact us via WhatsApp to make your gift extra special!
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
What happens if I cancel only part of my order?
If you cancel part of a multi-item order, we will refund that amount. However, if the remaining items no longer qualify for the original shipping tier, a shipping fee may be adjusted from the refund.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic (India): Typically delivered within 5-7 business days (Monday to Saturday).
International: Usually delivered within 1-2 weeks.
Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not counted as business days.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping is not a flat rate. To ensure fairness, charges are calculated based on the final weight, volume, and destination pincode of your package. You will see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We bring the heritage of Jaipur to homes worldwide. Most international locations are served, though delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your local customs and courier connectivity.
Will I have to pay Customs or Import Duties?
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in our shipping fee as they are regulated by your local government.
Why did my shipping fee change after I cancelled an item?
Our shipping is calculated based on weight and volume. If a part-cancellation changes the weight tier or order value of your package, the shipping charges for the remaining items may be adjusted accordingly.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
While we strive for 5-7 day delivery, occasional delays can happen due to weather, transit issues, or high-demand seasons. If your tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, please WhatsApp us at +91 8949233840 and we will investigate immediately.
Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your FabAmber piece. If you aren't completely satisfied, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.
How do I start a return or exchange?
It’s simple! Just email us at orders@fabamber.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8949233840. We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your shipping address for all serviceable locations.
What are the conditions for a return?
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unsoiled.
- In their original condition with all tags, labels, and the invoice intact.
- Repacked in the original packaging, including the signature cloth bag.
How will I be refunded?
Upon successful verification of the return at our facility, we issue Store Credit for the full amount (minus the restocking fee). This credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. We do not offer bank or cash refunds.
Is there a fee for returns or exchanges?
Yes, a ₹199 restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges to cover the cost of processing and quality checks. Original shipping charges and gift services are non-refundable.
Can I exchange an item multiple times?
To ensure the sustainability of our small-batch production, we allow one exchange per order. We kindly ask that you choose your size or color carefully during the exchange, as exchange orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged again.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
In the rare event that an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Provide photos of the product and packaging via WhatsApp, and our team will resolve it for you immediately.
How long does the whole process take?
From the moment you initiate the request to the final issuance of store credit or dispatch of an exchange, the process typically takes 10-15 days.
Product & Craft
Why does my product have slight variations in color or print?
That is the beauty of the human touch! Unlike mass-produced digital prints, our fabrics are hand-stamped by artisans using wooden blocks. Slight irregularities, ink flecks, or minor color variations are not defects—they are the "soul" of the craft and proof that your piece is 100% handcrafted.
How should I wash my FabAmber products?
To keep your hand-block prints vibrant:
- For Apparel & Robes: Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water with a mild detergent.
- For Quilts & Dohars: We recommend professional dry cleaning for Razais (quilts) to maintain the fluffiness of the cotton. Dohars can be gently machine washed in cold water.
- Always: Wash dark colors separately and dry in the shade to prevent fading.
Will the colors bleed?
We use high-quality dyes, but because they are artisanal, a small amount of "excess color" may release during the first wash. This is normal and won't affect the richness of the print. We recommend washing separately for the first cycle.
What exactly is "100% Long-Staple Cotton"?
It is the gold standard of cotton. "Long-staple" means the fibers are longer and stronger, resulting in a fabric that is incredibly soft, breathable, and durable. It resists pilling and actually gets softer the more you use it.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. We believe in "Slow Fashion." By producing in small batches and using natural fibers, we minimize waste. Our process supports traditional artisan communities in Rajasthan, ensuring their heritage craft survives in a modern world.
