Overview

In line with Facebook Platform Terms and applicable privacy laws, Fabamber provides a clear process for users who signed in with Facebook to delete their account data from our systems.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to orders@fabamber.com from the email address associated with your Facebook account.
2. Use the subject line: Facebook Data Deletion Request and include:
   • Your full name (as on Facebook)
   • Your Facebook User ID (optional if known)
   • The email/phone linked to your Facebook account
3. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete deletion or anonymization of your personal data within 30 days, unless we must retain some data to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax or fraud prevention).

Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Order invoices may be retained where legally required.

What data is deleted

We will delete or anonymize account profile data created through Facebook Login, including (as applicable):

• Facebook-linked customer account in Shopify (name, email, profile photo URL)
• Authentication identifiers and tokens
• Marketing preferences tied to your Facebook login

Transactional records required by law (e.g., invoices) may be retained for the statutory period and will be isolated from active use.

Self-service option

If you can still access your Fabamber account, you may request account deletion from My Account → Privacy (if available), or contact us via email as above. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing.
